Are you currently operating business?
We follow all government regulations related to COVID. We are accepting new bookings for the year 2021 and beyond. Please contact us for more information. 

How much is the deposit and when is it due?
A minimum initial deposit of $1,500 is due with a signed contract to reserve your event date. A reservation will not be honored without a signed contract and payment with our terms and conditions.

Are there any additional fees?
We pride ourselves on keeping our rates inclusive and transparent. However, please note that while we are happy to accommodate special requests, they may incur an additional fee.

Can I see the space in person?
We would be happy to show you around our facilities. Please email ​almondpavilion@gmail.com​ with your interest and availability and we will schedule the best time for your site visit.

Do you allow decorating?
Yes, however we  do not allow nails, staples or tape on the walls/tables/chairs. We do not allow the use of confetti, glitter, straw, rice, bird seed and/or hay. Flameless candles and other non-invasive decorations are welcome. No open flames are allowed on the property.

What is your capacity?
To serve you comfortably we suggest the following:
● 250 guests for a standing reception
● 100 guests for a seated reception utilizing only our first floor.
● 200 guests for a seated reception utilizing both our first and second floor.

Is smoking allowed within facility?
In accordance with California State Law, smoking and/or vaporizing is strictly prohibited indoors and within 20 feet of any doors or windows. We would be happy to designate a smoking area in the parking lot at your request.

Is security needed for my event?
Yes, The Venue Manager will determine the necessity and number of security guards needed for your event and will contract a company.

Do you allow outside alcohol?
Yes, however please note the following:
● All alcohol must be provided by a licensed caterer and/or bartender, holding a valid liquor license.
● Proof of liquor license must be filed with Venue thirty (30) days prior to event date.
● Alcoholic beverages must stay within the building.
● California State Law regarding the distribution and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages must be
abided.

Is your facility accessible for people with disabilities?
The first floor of the Event Center is accessible for people with disabilities.

Do you have parking available on site?
Free parking is available in our private lot in marked stalls. For larger parties, free street parking is also available.

Can we choose our vendors, or do you work exclusively with a certain set?
We have a list of local, preferred vendors who we have worked with in the past and who know our venue well. However, you may use any vendor you choose. This does not apply to photo booths and security. All vendors must be approved, in writing, by event manager.

Can we extend our hours the day of the event?
Yes, subject to local ordinances and staff discretion. An additional fee may apply.

Can we come in earlier then our designated start time?
We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals; please note there is an additional charge. ​This fee is not applicable to All-Inclusive packages.

Do you offer a day-of coordinator?
We do offer an exclusive day-of coordinator for select packages. Depending on the package, an additional fee may be required.

Do you have a bridal room available?
The third level of our event center is available day-of as a bridal suite, complete with full length mirrors, vanity counter and couches to relax before your big day. The bridal suite will be locked during the event hours and available to the bridal party only during your event. Depending on the package, an additional fee may be required.

When will our wedding rehearsal be held?
You may schedule your rehearsal run through for two hours at an agreed upon day and time based on availability and other scheduled events. Depending on the package, an additional fee may be required.​ This fee is not applicable to All-Inclusive packages.
